The 1999 title comes from a inside joke in Jschlatt's community were he refrence it as a gig were he apparently did something horrible almost like an incident, which is weird since he was born during that year, it was meant to be funny when he became well known since it was such a out of pocket joke to make but now it is mostly very old and boring to even mention as an "inside joke"
