A pretty different perspective on software engineering, it's an interesting talk for that alone. However, it does feel somewhat like a long-winded way of saying that the correct answer to most software engineering questions is "it depends". ;)

very cool presentation. i recalled some knowledge from many years ago about the greek philosophers :) and I agree with the conclusions. if we are led by some higher principles - then we will regret far less things over time. but finding the balance is not easy. probably only some life experience is the answer here
