If we are talking speed plus strength with some endurance, it's basically fighting power, in which I find it hard to split three: Korone's all around game, Calli's strength and reach on the outside, and Kanata's grapple game if she gets in. If we are talking speed and stamina only, Korone is good, but the super dancers come into their own, because they do not get tired. We'd need to discuss Kobo, La+, Iroha and Bae at a minimum. Shuba is probably good, but probably closer to a Suisei no-weak-point overall situation, in that second tier everywhere which commands respect but not fear. If IQ comes into it, suddenly Suisei, Korone, and Bogan become super scary. Give those three actual weapons, and I'm taking them in a sparring match (even over Calli or Kanata, who give up their greatest strengths). No disrespect to any of these hard working girls though - or the Stars, who had spear masters on their side previously (and the spear is my second favourite weapon of war, behind crows beak polearms). Guns kind of break that meta, and make Botan a terrifying no-contest, so they aren't considered here.

Depends. Some apartments actually have some soundproofing depending on the age of the apartment and who made it. But I would imagine that a Vtuber would try to soundproof their room themselves. It is not as good as in wall soundproofing but it is a great start to avoiding complaints from the neighbors.
