Why did the propellor plane do a go around?

Maybe it was a practice approach, since the plane was from the Japanese coast guard. There are many reasons that could cause a go-around. Too high/fast on approach, unstable, windshear ... or when it just doesn't feel right for the pilot. It's hard to tell, but the approach seemed fine.
