Pro tip: when you’re making the cheese sauce add a roasted red onion and roasted garlic into the blender it adds so much more flavor! Might get too thick so just add a bit of water

Hey Julien, I've been looking for some good meal ideas that make me feel good about what I'm eating but also are quick and easy to make in college. This inspired me to make my own version of nachos and not only did they taste amazing, but I also had beans, which yes, I don't normally like, but they were actually really good the way you prepared them. Also eating them makes me feel healthy and good about myself, which is honestly what your channel usually does but I was so happy that I could apply it to every day life. Keep on Keeping on.
