I would be amazed if u can try making a vegan version of Francesinha it’s a sandwich from Porto , Portugal. The name is Portuguese and means little Frenchie. I went to Portugal in the summer and tried the vegan version of this sandwich and it’s the best thing I’ve ever eaten, I think you’d like it too.
