This nut job needs to get fired! He does not under stand the law, is he out of his mind??? He does not under stand the Constitution that he swore to uphold!? If you have a felony you can not have a gun legally so they would not have a concealed carry permit, He needs to get his head out of his butt!

+Soldier53flyer He did not say felons.....he said career criminals carrying firearms. The CCW laws and firearms laws of Wisconsin stipulate who can apply for and receive a permit, most of the laws mirroring the Federal law. A 21 year old person with a history of misdemeanors such as petty theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and battery would therefore not be disqualified from legally purchasing a firearm or obtaining at CCW. The Chief did not mis-speak.
