Yo-yo says "i'm the real faker", not "fake". Means he is a trickster. Also i think the bomb sequence is a mistake. Simply because it misses is catchphrase (catchword?): Yo. Also remember he is a self proclaimed liar, and Professor K mentions he can blow your mind with his silver tongue. So, perhaps what he says when on the cell can be considered banter, or just messing up with the player since he just learned the one who he was chasing was a fake.

The Japanese JSRF website said that the GG's garage is a former luxury hotel, and they took all sorts of junk there, so that explains the junkyard atmosphere. The translated profile in JSR for Yoyo states his trait is lying , and in JSRF, DJ Prof. K says he has a silver tongue. I think the line of him saying he can't tell if he's the real Yoyo is just probably another one of his lies. As for the NT-3000 comment, I think he's implying he's better at lying than his robotic counterpart is. My theory is that Cube is the person who called the Rokkaku police at the Expo. Had she not intervened, the GGs would basically be forced to play Death Ball until they get tired and lose. Hell, she came in to expose NT-3000's fake identity, so it wouldn't be so out of character for her to help the GGs. If you factor in JSR, Cube definitely has the biggest axe to grind with Rokkaku and his police since they killed Coin.

We translated and restored Japanese exclusive dialogues into English version, they were translated by real Japanese translator - Monkey_Gao, so we're sure it's accurate. You can get the mod on JSRF Mod Manager! I think Yoyo was just joking when he said that, similar to another dialogue where Yoyo jokingly called himself "Lord Yoyo" when Noise Tank is talking to him, or maybe he was lying, I don't remember where but I think it's mentioned in the game that Yoyo is a liar? I think it was also mentioned in another translated dialogue.

Another way you could connect JSR to JSRF is that in JSR ending, narrator (by the way, who is he? is it combo?) is saying "Poison Jam is back, and planning for more mischief" and DJPK later says "Someone just might have their sights on Shibuya-cho again". At the start of JSRF, Poison Jam are spray painting all over Shibuya Terminal, so it may be a continuation to what was said in JSR ending.
