The Tigrayan strategy is right, that is making peace with all their neighbors and focus first on Tigray alone. Once the home front is stable and strong, then they may venture a bit outside. War consumes everything. Tigrayan political leaders seem to have got the lesson from the war that devastated and ravaged Tigray.
