I love everything about this Thirty-Nine drama the plot structure, scenarios, emotionally-driven characters and especially all of the cast of Thirty-Nine drama that knows best how to conveying the evocation of the emotion. They act realistically, naturally and not look like their are acting. Not to forget makeup for Yejin, Jeon Mi Do and Kim Ji Hyun, so natural look and simple makeup look. Not excessive makeup look, not stiff and didn't disturbing the view. Accordance with their age. Kudos to writer nim, director-nim and all the cast of Thirty-Nine. Your hard work paid off. More and more viewers interested to watch Thirty-Nine drama because of the good recommendation from their acquaintance and moots on social media. Wishing Thirty-Nine cast all the best for their future endeavors.

전미도님ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 채송화를 평생 못잊을 것 같았는데 그냥 아예 새로운 인물로 만들어버리셨어......... 나 정말 마지막회때 얼마나 울었는지 몰라요ㅠㅠㅠ 12번 보면서 찬영이한테 정들었는지 찬영이가 진짜 갔다는게 믿기지가 않고, 너무 슬프고, 그립고, 보고싶고ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 죽음과동시에 드라마도 끝나니까 진짜로 간 것 같아서 계속 여운이 남나봐요...... 아직도 슬퍼요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 찬영이라는 인물을 또 만들어줘서, 연기해줘서 너무 감사했어요! 찬영이는 이제 끝이지만ㅠㅠㅠ 또 송화로 한 번 더 보고싶지만!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 혹시라도 또 다른 인물로 오실 수도 았으니까! 기다릴게요~~!

Her acting performance in this drama are top-notch. More power to Jeon Mi Do. If possible I really love to seeing another played couple in drama for Jeon Mi Do and Lee Mo Saeng. Their chemistry are overflowing. Please don't attack me.

Omg just finished this drama in 3 days! I cried my eyes out which is very rare for me! I wonder why it hasnt received buzz or big recognition and promotion as I think it should have? The cast was already A cast, the acting is superb, storyline is sad but drama is so good. May be because it’s so sad and touching? I like it so much but wont be watching twice, cant handle all the tugging at heartstrings 😭

Maybe a stupid question - but do actors have to remember exactly word by word 100% and deliver speech with actin.?

I think it depends on the director and actors. Sometimes the directors demand to stay exactly on the script especially if the words mentioned by the actors are important. I remember hospital playlist where the director wants to the script to stay as it is minimizing adlibs as much as possible. Some directors, on the other hand, allows ad-libs especially if the actors are good at it, also when the actors have suggestions on how to make the scene better.

US TV is dull boring and inane. CSI went 15 seasons and NCIS is on its 19th season. I've not watched any of those shows. Monotonous. Repetitive. Crime and Order is on its 24th season. If you want to know why Korean TV is kicking ____ it's because they have great writers who take the material seriously and they don't pay a ridiculous amount of money to anyone like they do in the US. So instead of a few actors and actresses working they have a ton of them working. You could hire all the top 10 highest paid Korean actresses for the same cost for the 10th highest paid actress in the US. And by constantly working with new material the actors and actresses hone their craft. So do the directors, writers and production staff. So the material gets better and better. Thirty-Nine was an example of a highly intelligent and thoughtful drama told by a bunch of adults. Something missing among American TV shows.
