The speed is determined by the size of the capsule. If the size is 0 it can fill about 20,000 pieces in an hour. For size 000 it could fill close to 50,000 capsules an hour.

actually that was the spec with the Schaefer Model 10 machine, with the JTJ-V Pro+ dual head and 2 rings I can run almost 42,000 0 or 00 capsules an hour because the 00 has 5 rows not 4, instead of capsule separation taking 31 seconds the dual rectifyer head allows the same 5 row ring to be filled with separated capsules in 15 seconds. as long as you have one ring in the rectifier and the other ring juggled between fill and horizontal closing, a good operator should be able to keep up with a Bosch GKF 700! with all of the improvements CapsulCN has put into this version of the machine and a motivated operator the JTJ-V Pro+ is a game Changer!!

@@JeremiahRobertson-yk5sq Thanks for your detailed reply. I'll be using the JTJV Pro+ soon with size 0 capsules. If you are getting 42,000 capsules out of the machine per hour. That's extremely good. Are you happy with how the machine is performing? Have you found anything negative about the machine? What size compressor do you use it with? What country are you using it in?
