Hi! I bought this... No doubt it works like a charm.. However I had a few questions on my mind.. 1)Do we need to put this on charging 24x7 or should we turn off the charger once battery is full? 2) Can we use any liquid cleaner in the tank for mopping or does it need to be used with plain water. I spoke to their customer care agent and they sound so dumb.. They could not answer my query. I am just praying day and night that it shouldn't stop working 🙏 Could you please guide me

Hey their warranty service is good don’t worry Its rated to continue charging. Its smart like all new tech. It will automatically discontinue charging and after battery trickles down it will charge again. Its 2024 bro. Its smart. Don’t get stressed They clearly say plain water only that too drinking water. No tap water because of salt sediments…i use dettol though.

@nandikak1517 It would be good if you power off the mains supply at night. It will increase life of your power adaptor. it should also get some rest...Even though the robot will not consume an power after complete charging. but adaptor will still convert 220volt AC to DC 24x7...

As My requirement is to Vacuum first at highest suction and then MOP + vacuum at lowest suction. As you are using it please reply...

@@yutikabhatnagar4490 Its working fine. No issues whatsoever. One time the map got reset and I had to redo it again but there is a option to save the map. So now it ever gets reset all I have to do is to go to the saved maps section and use it. No issues ma'am for the price. For latest price do check the description box of the video. Be patient and set it up once. Then no issues

you can use hotspot on your phone....To set it up you need wifi. Either proper wifi or hotspot. One time only. Once you set it up...like proper timing and all it works on its own. Read the instructions carefully
