I don't know how you never learned about this, but after Blocker's ToI win, every player in all Ring 4 servers were teleported to Ring 5 before it was even out and got to play it early. I was one of the people there, and I remember the horrendous original difficulties of the towers. That was honestly more iconic than Ring 5 releasing a few hours after that.

This tower is notorious for its tedious length and gameplay, including excessive outside sections. Most notably its 10th floor, which is the difficulty spike of this tower.
