JToH, my favourite RAGE inducing game ( + my problems with it )

Story time:
Spent 10 days working on a script that was barely used, spent like 6 days quick editing before realizing that my school break was about to end, spent the 2 remaining days rush editing.
Product came out alright
I want to get this done before the break ends so the video didn't come out as well as I wanted to. The "problems" section feels very messy and not well elaborated, so I'll say what I want to say here
Players go for SC towers not because of the lack of gameplay changes, its because SCs provide the most skill satisfying gameplay. I've played and beaten SCs before and they're the most fun I've had in this game not because of gameplay changes. Skill kinda ruins the game, as im more fond of early realms like "Ring 5" because I wasn't good at the game while a perfectly fine "Zone 5" feels so forgettable despite having better gameplay
This is why I think creating new gimmicks that changes how you play is a step in the right direction, but I don't think that's what the devs intended
In all honesty, this is an unsolvable problem that has no solution that can appeal to everyone, so the best solution the devs could think off is better gameplay, less frustration and even that doesn't work.
Im perfectly fine with modernization despite being a veteran player, I just think newer players who's invested enough might get bored halfway through
