When jayda said she physically can’t eat it’s a lot of people out there like that that why some people drink the mass proteins drink to gain weigh, some people forget to feed themselves for a day or 2 and and have to force themselves to eat when they start shaking it can get really bad , some people feels like your eating a lot and if you force more food they might even throw up or feel sick, there is people withADHD that will be starving and go do something else and never eat because of how they brain works it’s different for everyone but that’s why she been praying for an appetite because eating without one the food just tastes nasty but when you do have a appetite it be so good I get it girl

Great video.. I have a suggestion plan your workout before you get there for example Monday’s legs and glutes then do 4-5 exercises 3 sets 13 reps for now then Tuesdays arms and back etc.
