Jubilee Class No.45596 Bahamas

The Jubilee class No.45596 Bahamas on route to York
5596 was constructed in 1934 by the North British Locomotive Company in Glasgow for the London Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS).It was a standard Jubilee Class locomotive, designed by William Stanier, the chief mechanical engineer of the LMS. In June 1936, 5596 received the name Bahamas after the islands in the Atlantic Ocean which were part of the British Empire.

Excellent Video well-edited also, thanks for sharing, I was in Bedford to catch it as she left Bedford but as I was setting up she came through early all I could do was watch as she went by LOL. Regards TJK UK.

@@DroneSeekersInternational Yes I looked on a Bedford site that said she was leaving Bedford Station at 8:37 but as I was setting up at 8:26 only to look up as I was going to the car to collect both Controllers to see her hurtling along the track only 300 meters away from where I was lol.

Some nice shots. Pity I missed that one 😊 I’m not normally a fan of the silhouette of the drone. And try to avoid it. But the Mavic on the smoke was amazing. Love it 😃
