The psalmist said atmosphere shift now speaking of the atmosphere of our mind shifting from that lower level of consciousnesss our way of thinking to allowing this mind to be in us which was also in Christ Jesus. Chains be broken speaks of the chains of religion being broken off our minds that we may move in a place of relationship while being transformed into son's of God. Holy Spirit come now speaks of the Holy Spirit that's lying dormant within all of us to come alive in all of us. Heavens open Heavens open speaks of the heaven on the inside of us manifesting the sons of God in the earth bringing a heavenly state back to the earth. For we are made up from all of these elements.
