As an introvert, let me just say that the first round was weird as hell. Being an introvert doesn’t necessarily equate to shyness. It is possible for someone to prefer hanging out with themselves, but, at the same time, be assertive and have confidence in their person.

I'm an introvert....I've always needed my alone time. I have no problem with and actually enjoy living alone. But when I'm with friends and or people I like I can be very talkative and funny. I got it from the silent round because she stood still all throughout. It meant she was trying to show she was comfortable not talking. It meant that she was comfortable and in control in social situations. Being a introvert myself this was disappointing the quiet round was silly... like alot of comments I see are saying.....just because we are an introvert doesn’t mean all of us always want quietness and whispering. For me it’s just the way I go about life. @India Tate introversion does not equal social anxiety, and this is something that people get mixed with very easily. Social anxiety is when you try to avoid as much social interaction possible and you are actually scared of it. Introverts on the other hand prefer to be alone, but are not as frightened as social Anxiety. Introverts can go to a party and have fun.

OMG SAME!! I was at a group interview once. It was a really big interview, and all us candidates were sitting there waiting for the interviewer to arrive. it took a couple of minutes and it was so quite that we could hear a needle drop. I almost burst out laughing. LOL I don't even know how i kept it in.

keep in mind this is edited. I'm sure that what at least a few of these people said wasn't in the right context. dangelo wallace made a video where he interviewed someone on jubilee. in the filming, she said "depression is a spectrum" before describing what it was for just her, but they cut out the first part, making it sound like she said what depression was like for everyone (it was a part of a video about gen-z and millennials).

I’m glad the extrovert won. All the introverts did was play up the awkward introvert stereotype and vote out anybody who differed. As an introvert, I was pretty let down. We can be confident and outgoing. We just get our energy from being alone 🤷🏽‍♀️

For me it was just the fact that they increased the microphone sensitivity when in the room and reduced editing to make them seem more awkward than they actually were. Also the unnecessary cricket noises and “silent round”, this whole episode could have been managed better tbh

Introverts can be loud. Introverts can be extremely talkative. Introverts can look "cool". Introverts can be fun (and funny). Introvert does not mean dysfunctional around people. They just need SOME time alone to gather their energy. I hate the stereotypical perspective of introverts.
