They have I think 3 choreographers including the Pledis in house choreographer that usually Hoshi works with one of them to make the choreo for each song. Hoshi’s credited on all but a few of their songs as a choreographer and the performance team is credited on like half or sm.

I can only understand the 'no stage presence' if they saw just one performance, 'cause if you watch a good amount of live performances, all they are is stage presence. And i'm not saying "they are the ONLY ones with that" because they are not, but they belong to the idols that have that. Also creativity is what they do not lack at all. I personally was drawn to them for that reason.

For me, what makes them amazing is that they dance yes, in great synchronisation (considering the big number of people) but they FEEL the moves they do, they show you an act as in a musical play telling you a story, not just doing the dance they were told to learn and perform or to show you a really cool dance. It helps a shit ton that they write their songs because at understanding their music, they know what they want to do in the visual aspect.

To me, they set up one whole new standard to the kpop industry. To be honest, anyone can agree that they are the best dancers I have seen so far. Yes, I am not yet a Carat but, courage and hard work are always present in their work. Not just that, this boy group is the group I did find later than earlier. The meaning of their songs is something to go with top-tier. I have been in the fandom for about 4 years now?? and I just realized how much Seventeen put a lot of thought in their choreographies. They're the type of idols that goes after aesthetics, meanings, themes, moods and even feelings when they dance to their songs and one thing I'm proud of is that all of those choreographies were made by them. This enables for freedom of creativity that's why I am sometimes awed by the way they efficiently use their creativity for their choreos. It's so jaw dropping to the point that you'd be way into the story of the song because of the added movement they especially made in their choreography.
