As a Christian, I have have learned a lot from this video. Can't comprehend the overwhelming knowledge of God that is out there if only you listen. It's not too different from what I've always believed from the bible. Thanks rabbi for your sermon. It's a proper way of understanding God's purpose for Man . Thanks for in depth analysis of death soul and body. Shalom.

What bothers me about Christianity is the hell thing. If hell exists, why didn't Moses or any of the prophets mention it? Something as terrible as hell should have been mentioned sooner. I feel that the Greek, Tartarus which is the same as the Christian hell, was introduced in order to get Romans to convert to Christianity.

Much agreed. Hell is one such questionable invention. Same as Satan. There is not much about him in the OT.

There is far more truth in this video than you will ever get from attending a funeral or going to Church. No alter calls. Only decisions that every soul must make. God's way of peace and love or choice of self. Goes back to the Garden of Eden and mankinds choice to know good and evil, and make himself a god. That is where the rebellion started. You see the evil in the world and it all comes from man, Not God. God only wants the best for you, but gives all the choice.

Listening to this has assisted me in moving more towards the spiritual path that I have been on. I have been involved in the physical world enough to know that I have yet so much to learn and experience that which G-D has requested of me to do.

My question would be, why did he want us to work in order to earn paradise? He could have made us without those feelings of wanting to deserve our pleasure through sweat.

And why is it that there is not eternal pleasure directly and to begin with, in this world, and only cheesecake, to put it midly, because the issue is much more alarming!

This le'hem bizayon (bread of shama) is an anthropomorhoc notion. If you are the son of a Rich men you don't have to feel guilty about li ing in his mansion.. It is your inherited right! Furthermore, the suffering in this world is disproportionated for that matter... No! It must be another reason!
