Theres such a thing as focussing too much on group togetherness. At some point there needs to be some very serious characters with an edge of ruthlessness getting the lads to focus in at all times. Dont want that "prison camp" experience? Turn up in your ganes and earn your R&R. Shouldnt be getting no type of reward when you put in performances like that, I wouldnt at work so why should multi millionaires be any different?
