Their big swimming pool isn't heated but they have no problem with it. So why are you freaking out about the tub? Judy has no problem with the temperature either.

Then you complain about my criticizing, tell that to the people who have harassed and criticized everything she does for her monkeys to care and behavior train THEIR pets. This family has had to deal with the haters/trolls for months to years and after fighting the courts for months to get all of their babies back, I refuse to let them have free reign again! I am only doing what they are doing back to them. And if they ask a respectful question, I am just answering the questions. All I ask is watch the entire video before they complain about their care. And not all my answers are critical. If they ask a question that is not criticizing towards them I answer them and they appreciate it. The only ones who don't like it are the ones who were criticizing them in the first place, and they deserve the answers they get. I am not the only one who feels that way either. For those who spread lies, false accusations, daily and numerous derogatory comments, and just plain mean, I don't even waste my time. I just report them and then delete them. So you don't see the accusations that I see on a daily basis before I delete them. So the ones I answer are the ones I feel are not cyberbulling but just misunderstood. But I will never coddle adults. They should be past that stage of adolescents. I will never say dear or sweetie. If these owners want me to not do it, then they can easily tell me to stop and I will. It is their channel after all. But I flat out refuse to allow people to criticize them for their care of their pets (which is excellent BTW) when they have no idea what it is actually like to raise healthy and happy pet monkeys like they do.
