Holding until lockout ends. 2 years roughly. I just started mining last month and am using my computer as a Node. I have 30 so far. I'm not looking to get rich but the potential here is awesome. I don't think pi is the next bitcoin but I really do think that has many important differences and is a new real coin that is important to keep safe instead of selling quickly. Try different color background ex white vs black, you want good lighting but no reflections. Maybe just give it some time and try again. They are making a lot of updates right now. I believe verification problems are a known issue they are working on.
