@ericaschaidt8588

@@beckydoesit9331 do you realize *why* he has the cue cards? It’s because of his behavior in court. Due to him repeatedly interrupting and disrupting the court he was removed from the main court and put in an adjacent room to attend the trial by zoom. That way he could still be “present” yet the judge could mute him if he got unruly. Those cards are to get the courts/judge’s attention if he’s on mute. Any “lack of respect” you may perceive is completely due to *his* actions, and can be avoided by him having respect for the court and behaving appropriately.

Early on, weeks ago, I thought the judge was violating Brooks rights. After watching that complete video and numerous others of this case, it is very evident that Brooks is an authenyic fool. The old saying that "he who defends himself in court has a fool for a client" is definitely the case here. Brooks shows complete contempt for not only the Judicial process but shows great contempt for common sense. The judge has exercised a great amount of patience and tolerance.

She is forcibly dragging him through the process, even though he’s chucking childish tantrums & trying to pretend he has some power in this. And despite the fact she’s extremely limited in being able to find him in contempt, since he will be in jail for the rest of his life anyway, so adding extra days means nothing, and fining him means nothing because how are they going to force him to pay, and he’s already in isolation in the MH section so what else can she do? You just can’t see how clever, strong & patient she is being, wearing him down like a river wears down a rock.
