Everyone's in such a big hurry to blame someone when you should be blaming the parents of that disturbing man that killed her

How are the police not at fault? They witnessed domestic abuse and did nothing. 10 million

Because they aren't responsible for Gabby's choices. She was a consenting adult who chose to stay in a toxic relationship. Besides, she was the aggressor in Moab.

So sad for Gabby and her family, but the LEO’s are bound by the laws. You can’t arrest someone for a crime they haven’t committed yet. Did they force Gabby to continue on her trip? If so, then they are liable.

Totally 💯 percent agree NO one is responsible except for the two involved!! SO SAD!! 😢

It should have been tossed out day one. The Petito's aren't entitled to 50M tax dollars because their adult daughter stayed in a toxic relationship. Besides, she was the aggressor in Moab.

How much more money do they want????!!!!! They had more help then. 99% of other parents looking for their child & she was an adult.... is no one responsibility for their own actions anymore... they are more responsibility then the other people their trying to put the blame on... other then Brian himself!¡

@davidspencer343 he should of went to jail and a protective order issued like in every domestic violence case

@Trouttiger but in the domestic situation if you actually watched it she seemed like the aggressor and him the victem. Why would they lock him up or do anything against him at that point?

@kheventplanner "Gabby Petito should have been cited for domestic violence in Utah: report". They were well trained to spot the aggressor. Unfortunately, they failed to arrest her.
