Case 2: I learned early to not give boyfriends husband benefits. I don't allow boyfriends to decide what's best me. We're not cohabitating, mixing finances or having relations because wifely duties are reserved for wives. Lady, never let a man tell or show you twice he doesn't want you. He left and I wouldn't communicate with him ever again. Stop being sad and self destructive. A man cannot complete you, only complement. Boss up and become whole because when you find your self worth, (in time) much better will find you.

Could also be severe anxiety.. or both, for that matter. I was wondering the entire episode.. she seems and acts nervous with the scratching, having to "air out" her neck from her hair and shirt, way of speaking and general demeanor and such.. all anxious traits. Same goes pretty much for meth and amphetamines etc. as well. I just don't think she looks like she's either used (enough to get those symptoms) or is using. Of course you can't always tell, some people exhibit more obivious traits than others. It could very well be severe anxiety. Like, this seemed like a hard case for her to gi through and many people get very nervous when it comes to courts, police and such. Many people also get really nervous around cameras, especially when they know their personal business is being filmed for massive amounts of people from all over. Especially putting all of this together, there's no wonder some people get really anxious. I'm just saying, I wouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions. For all we know it could be something completely different completely out of her control (anxiety disorders ofc are also completely out of people's control).

How did Judge Faith come up with that judgment. He got all the money he put in the vehicle while the plaintiff was at a loss. Don't even believe that he sold it for only $3700
@rbj8387 Жыл бұрын
Because the bill of sale was in his name, so regardless of how much she/how little he paid for it, with not title signed over yet the bill made it his truck to do with as he pleased. She claimed he stole/forged the bill, but also admitted she never actually looked at it and just assumed it'd been made to her, so she couldn't prove/vouch that it wasn't made to him. To be sure, he was rotten for doing it, just that legally it was technically his truck and not hers no matter how much money she put into the purchase.

I love, love, love Judge Faith! Don’t go up in there trying to play with her. I think she should have done her ruling based on the percentage they put in instead of letting him keep $800 of the sale. Despite the defendant being an asshole, the plaintiff is out too much financially. First, he only actually put about $300 cash into the purchase. His $800 estimate is including the work he did. It’s fine to give him that. It should count. That would make their combined investment $6K, with his contribution being about 13%. From the sale, he profited, but in total they suffered a loss. By Judge Faith’s ruling, he was fully restored getting by getting to keep 100% of what he put into it. Add to that the time value of money, all he did was gain, but the plaintiff continues to lose. Since she made 87% of the investment, she should have gotten 87% of the proceeds from the sale
@paulasch83254 жыл бұрын
2nd case; either the USA laws are crazy or it is bad judging. He got away with all his original input. free borrowed money, while she had a huge loss. The loss should have been prorated at a min. and charge him interest. The guy is a low life
@rbj8387 Жыл бұрын
The issue was with the title in no one's name, the bill of sale was in his name so he was legally able to sell the car. Even if he only paid $1 and she paid $5,999, if the bill of sale was in his name it was (temporarily) his truck. She tried to claim he stole and/or forged the bill of sale, but then admitted she never actually looked at it and just assumed because the last 2 were in her name that one was too. So she had no proof it was in her name and therefore it was technically his truck to do with as he pleased. Don't get me wrong; he was a rotten low life for doing it, just that legally it was his truck, regardless of how little money he actually paid for it.

"Judge" Faith sucks at math. Why does the guy who put $800 into a truck he stole get to keep $800 and give only $2900 when the person he stole it from put in more than the $3700 he sold it for?
@michaelbardov63714 жыл бұрын
I don’t understand the rationale behind the judgement. She paid $5,000. He paid $800. He actually got his $800 back although he in fact stole the truck or at best sold it at a loss without her agreeing to the sale at all or the price. So he, although in the wrong and quite aware of that, didn’t lose a dime. She, clearly the victim, in effect made him whole and lost $2,100 in the process. Why?
@rbj8387 Жыл бұрын
It's because the bill of sale was in his name, so legally, in that moment with the title not in anyone's name yet, it was considered his truck regardless of how much or little he actually paid for it. The plaintiff claimed he stole/forged the bill, but then admitted she never actually looked at the bill and had just assumed it'd been made to her. To be sure, he was a scumbag for doing it, I'm just saying from a legal standpoint the bill of sale was in his name and therefore no matter how much she paid for it, it was legally considered his to do with as he wanted.

If the claimant paid §5,000 for the truck which the defendant sold without her agreement, and if he only paid §800 for it, why should she not get all her money back? The fact that he sold it for only §3,700 is his problem. What would the judge have decided if he gave the truck away? Would she then have awarded the plaintiff nothing?
@rbj8387 Жыл бұрын
The issue is the bill of sale was in his name, and with the title not signed over yet it was technically/legally considered his to sell, regardless of how much/little he actually paid himself. The plaintiff said he stole/forged the bill, but also admitted she never actually looked at the bill of sale, so therefore couldn't prove it was actually made to her. In short, it doesn't matter how much she actually paid for the truck because the bill of sale was made to him so the law sees it as his purchase. Don't get me wrong; he was a jersey for doing, just that's why she didn't get her full money back.
