2nd Case: Judge Faith regarding the defendant who can't afford rent: "...now you're suing them for three thousand dollars. Where do you think they're gonna get the money from?" Here's the answer...located at 19:30, "Monetary rewards are paid from a fund maintained by the producer." So, she doesn't pay anything, if I'm understanding that fine print correctly.

What a silver P.O.S. play on player. I can't believe he's acting indignant after he dumped her a few months after he used her. If you're an enlightened human, then you become kinder and more thoughtful as you go through this life journey. Obviously he is not such a human. Sad to be him. I'm glad justice was served. Thank you Judge Faith.

@dellahicks72313 жыл бұрын
The second defendant states the tape was still there when they left, after the plaintiff clearly stated they used heat tape to help melt the snow so it would go down the gutters. Why didn't she take a job for the summer? Our son goes to university here in Canada, he works part-time during the school year, then goes to full-time over the summer, to help him get through those months. She knew she would still have to pay her bills, how had she planned to do that? He is 22 and figured that out, she looks to have a few years on him!

@dellahicks72313 жыл бұрын
It was not the Canadian government that sent her to school, it was her tribe, she even named the tribe she belonged to. She is a First Nations member, FN belong to the tribe they are born into, those tribes have funds for schooling etc., that was who was paying her student loans.

@@AnneOhn123 I am not ignorant of the fact that the FN bands receive funding from the federal government. Having said that, there are plenty of FN bands that do well with business on their tribal/territorial lands, we have more than one in the area where I live in Canada. It could be monies from those self sustaining businesses that paid her tuition, so perhaps before using flippant rhetoric in a comment, you thoroughly think through your comment.
