Ebay is not bad if you do your due diligence. In that last 5 years I have sold $1000 worth items and I have bought at least $18K worth items (including $5K + luxury watch etc). All were legitimate people, legitimate items. You don't buy the item, you buy the seller. These types of people cause that good platform to have a bad reputation.

If you sell something on eBay for $30 and it costs $10 to ship it. The buyer pays $30 + $10 + sales tax. Let’s say taxes are $4. So the buyer pays s total of $44. Of the $44, $10 was for shipping which leaves $34. The eBay fee is around $4.4 for this sale which leaves $29.6. Paypal fees are about $1.60 which leaves $28 and if the cost of the item was $15, that would leave a profit of $13

That Ebay seller is full of shizz. Ebay stores do not pay listing fees and get discounted sales fees. And sellers get discounts on shipping to help pay for supplies and such. She screwed that woman out of alot of money.

Typically in a signed lease, if a roommate is released they forfeit all responsibilty of rent due but also forfeit the deposit. If he had a signed 6 month lease he wouldnt have to pay the money because he gave that up. Working in property management i learned ALWAYS PUT THINGS IN WRITING

Dudettes and dudes. I trust wish over eBay. One time I ordered some urns. They never sent them. They also gave me a fake tracking number. They had the audacity to say, if I get them to pay for them. Since they are refunding me and sending other set. So they wanted me to buy for and keep two sets. I told the I'll send them back. I only need what I bought. So they didn't send me the other set, either. They just refunded my money. By they I mean Amazon not the seller.
