I love judge Faith, but this is the first case I think judge faith got slightly wrong although she had the attorneys number and didn’t take any of his rubbish, it was clear to me the contractor wasn’t expressing himself very well and as a contractor he doesn’t need to... the attorney says he did good work and took advantage of the contractor I think judge faith missed the point that he hadn’t finished because the attorney put him on other jobs and I also think she should have attempted to put value on that other work. the contractor was clearly being used.
@tiasway5 жыл бұрын
In the first case I feel like the judge should have given the man who was working more credit towards the loan he should not have had to pay that much money back because that man knew he had him over there working for pretty much free
@sss-uk1ly4 жыл бұрын
Clear case of using knowledge being used for evil he knew the law and it's loop hole so he treated the contractor as a bounded labour

Ever notice how when someone who did someone else wrong finally does offer an apology, it’s typically that they’re “Sorry for what happened”, or “Sorry about how things went down”, but they always leave out the word “I”, e.g., “I’m sorry for what *I* did”. Still not taking ownership of their actions. 🙄

The contractor in the first case got used. he borrowed 1,500 and agreed to pay off the interest on the loan by doing work around the house, such as finishing his bathroom. seems to me that should have been put towards the principal too. Why didn't he come in with his rates for those services and present it to the judge, I can assure you the labor cost alone would be more than what he owed the defendant.
