Trust me I have tried the room mate thing and living with other people it never works out! I wanted to know how much was the whole rent and if she had a subsidy to pay her rent. And as far as the utility bill is concerned the judge should have had the defendant only pay 1/7 of the bill. Why, well because it was the defendant living in a space with two other adults and their 4 children. Those 6 to her one. If the bill is $990 then the defendant should be pay $141 and the plaintiff should be responsible for $849 for her her husband and the 4 kids. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
