I know that he needs help with his stealing problem but the judge barely listened to what he had to say. And this also reminds me of a time my aunt would always blame me and my siblings for everything that went missing. They were missing a watch for months! But it fell behind the dresser

I feel the ruling was unfair. The judge fast talked him the entire time, didn’t really give him a chance to explain nothing. She saw him like how most other people saw him because of his past. No good deed goes unpunished; had the same thing happen to me. One of my son's friend came to live with us and he started stealing my son's prescription drugs. The way we caught is that we counted 20 pills set on my son's bed and when we got home my son only had 15. I had to kick him out and my son never heard from him again.

Klepto's normally don't just take stuff of value and stuff the like. They literally just take anything(a bobby pin, milk cap, writing pen, anything). This kid took things of value and stuff that he liked(someone's credit card, money, watches, sports jerseys, etc.)... He's a theif, not a klepto. There's a HUGE DIFFERENCE! Klepto's can't help themselves, and thieves can!

I'm the same way. I'm a really nice person who will help people when they need it. I don't give people any money if they're outside my family but I helped give an associate a ride somewhere and he stole my phone from off the charger in my car while we was in the car. I went two weeks without a phone couldn't get in contact with anybody and he was using my phone pretending to be me asking everybody for money and talking to his friends. I got me another phone and shut the old one off. Never got the stolen one back

Lucky to be in the country where you sue ppl for stealing. In other countries...thieves are hanged, dragged down the streets, hands cut off & in extreme.....killed. Don't steal people....If you cannot afford it then it's not meant to be.

The defendant was actually very convincing. He admitted all of the other stuff he did and when confronted with it gave it back. He didn't change anything about the watches. And I think his past was used against him. I don't know what happened to the watch but I really don't think he did it. It wouldn't be hard to believe the son framed him if he was mad at him over the jerseys....🤷🏽♀️.

This young man is lost and I’m concerned as well. I hate to see a young man ruin his life and ruin good beneficial relationships. Just a sad case.
