Common sense should have told the plaintiff to go to the DMV to pay her fines. Who shows up at your house to accept money to pay your fines? Plaintiff is not the sharpest knife in the drawer and the defendant is a real sleazebag. If the Plaintiff does get traffic tickets next time, pay them ASAP and don't allow them to increase to such a large amount. Judge Faith is a terrific judge.

Never was it entered into court by either party through testimony or evidence, so even if you think she intentionally paid someone less for illegally going through a “hookup “ , never was that made clear or factual and therefore cannot be positively assumed 100% and therefore irrelevant. If she had been charged criminally, she could sue but again, it would go through civil court.

The case should have been dismissed, because both were engaged in OUTLAW ACTIVITES (You know very well you don't text no DMV employee and try to take care of anything outside of that building, no one comes to your home to take care of LEGAL DMV payments or DMV anything for that matter! The nail lady should have also got punished, BUT with JAIL TIME. A week! And then put her on a years probation! If she were to attempt any of the above while on probation, then 30 days jail this time! With all due respect, judge did not make the right calls on this case, they both got off real easy with their SHENANIGANS! Then you get the dude peacefully smoking a joint in his car after a hard day of honest work, NO stealing NO credit cards, NO scamming nobody out of money, NO robbing bank, NO rape, nothing... It’s crazy how a ticket amount can pile up. I had 1 parking ticket I believe was $34. I said I’ll pay it when I get home. I put it on my desk but other papers somehow got on top of it and I didn’t see it. So outta sight outta mind. When I remembered about it and went online to pay it, it went from $34 to $129 and not even a month had passed by. I was so damm mad at myself. That’s when I understood how the hell people have thousands of dollars in tickets. So yeah. Just pay as soon as possible to avoid that mess. I tell you what, I never parked on those meters again. I used the ones across the street which hallows you 4 hrs of parking instead of the 2hrs
