@ANGELIQUE SMITH I had exactly the same situation. The last time i loan one of my closest friends money because of her ex husband's tax evasion, so he wouldn't go to jail. It was about 2000 euros. He had lost his job, he had health issues and they were in dire straits. Imagine my surprise when i found out by accident that they had a preplanned 20 days vacation to a family friend abroad. They had a mini tour of central Europe.I never took all my money back. That was a costly mistake. I should have known better.

Id actually like to see a video of just judge faith explaing how she got to wear she is now. Like what law school was like for her. When she graduated and became a prosecutor what kind of cases she handled lik duis, domestic issues or financial. How long she was in law shcool, and a prosecutor and what a news law analyst is. I've known my best friend for over 30yrs. She is married to my oldest friend, whom I have known for 45 YEARS. I am *beyond* blessed to have them in my life,l but I would NEVER screw up what we have by borrowing a huge sum like that off of them! If I had it, and they needed it, I'd just give them the money, maybe make a joke about paying for my funeral, one day. People might be willing to take you on vacation, it doesn't mean they feel like paying your bills. My sister wouldn't help me pay for a medical procedure, but INSISTED on buying my season tickets to the Opera. Priorities!!

Tenants like the plaintiffs in the second case really wear a landlord out. They are relentless and complain about everything. Once they get it into their head that it's bad, you pretty much have to throw them out to stop them from aging you. They are scammers.

Once you loan someone money, you are now the bank. You must get all transactions in writing and charge them interest. They also must have collateral. If they say something along the lines of, "I can go to a real bank for all of that" then you respond with, "Yes, that's the point".

1 and it's up to the landlord to do any repairs or send someone to view the problems and for them to have someone do the work. The renter does not ask money from the landlord to do such repairs. If something is done incorrectly and the renter repairs it he or she is responsible for getting it corrected

I try my hardest not to lend anybody money, even if it such heartbreaking if i can help it, people don't say it but *as long as someone owes you money out there, the bad luck will not leave you.* I know that's like the opposite Karma having done a good deed, you may say that's just being superstitious, but soon enough you'll find out yourself - seem you are being held back.
