I hope that when Judge Faith goes back to watch this episode, she sees that the young lady actually did stop talking when she was told. However, one of the other ladies began talking across the courtroom again, so she responded to them. For her to say that the young girl was showing who she truly was incited emotion, because that basically showed her that yet again someone else was blaming her. She has obviously not been shown how to respond to adversity, but with all due respect she brought the person who she believes took advantage of her to court (handling things as she felt appropriate, rather than taking matters into her own hands). But she was talked about like she has a bad attitude for doing EXACTLY what her sisters were doing... stating her peace. She was likely becoming angry and emotional and just wanted to walk away from the situation rather than having some other type of emotional reaction. Furthermore, she was being told in that moment that coming to court wasn't the proper remedy. That is something that she should/could have been told before showing up just to be publicly bashed in court. It was already bad enough that when she became emotional before then, her own sister mocked her in the courtroom as though her emotions meant absolutely nothing. She showed in that very moment exactly how little she cares about her sister which is why I believe wholeheartedly that she took advantage of her sister's situation garnering benefits and funds on her behalf, and using them for the benefit of herself and her own personal family. And for that, she should be ashamed!!! Lastly, this young lady should be applauded for excelling in school and working hard to support herself in spite of her poor upbringing, rather than being blamed for being with an older man. If the age difference they spoke about is true, they should have been aiming that anger and resentment towards him rather than the young girl he victimized for all those years.

I believe Angels behavior makes her not to credible by others who dont understand situations like this, but it does not mean tht her sister wasnt looking for a handout im sorry....Judge Faiths ruling was justified tho ultimately tht is definitely a situation for the irs to handle.

For this young lady to be doing robing at 12 dating an adult man that her family were well aware of at 14, but still be self sufficient and graduated early i think they have contributed to her attitude. She is young and seems to have little patients but thats to be expected with the circumstances. People are quick to point fingers at the angry person, but rarely try to find/or fix the cause. I hope she surrounds herself with people that can help her mature a little and chamel that anger in the long run.

SweetTee. _ .Vibes Nothing wrong with her ? Look again, and see the troubled person who is now a young troubled adult. She just happens to be in addition a young hard-working, intelligent adult. No one made her slave. She wanted to call her own shots, and is the independent sort, who wants to live by her rules, so she sought employment. I can relate to wanting to be independent and run my own life. I was not a behavioral problem, but did begin working at age 17, and went on to put myself through nursing school, while working. As for her parents , I feel they did all they could do with a problematic troubled and defiant child who stretched them beyond what they could cope with. Do you think you can just knock on a door one day, have it open, and hand your child over to the state ? There were social workers and counselors involved to keep this child at home. I doubt if Angel, showed much cooperation. If she first got into the penal system at age 12, she has had social workers , counselors available to her during at least all her minor years. Not to mention the different programs she was informed of, she could have taken advantage of. To her credit, the education piece was not lost on her. She now needs to make some behavioral changes.

It wasn’t 4 jobs, it was 4 pages of jobs during high school. Her grind is strong af but her attitude was probably the reason she had to jump from job to job. And it’s because her attitude idk who to believe. Angel admitted to living with her bf and not with her sister (violating two conditions already). But then in the next sentence talked about starving in her house. I honestly think Angel did to her sister what she did in court: walk out. So you can’t actually reap the benefits of anything if you choosing not to be there. I just feel like, if she was really being treated as badly as she claims why didn’t she handle it the way the judge said and take it up with the IRS and child protective services and claim neglegence against the sister instead of trying to sue for an alleged verbal agreement. Everybody in that courtroom was just fishy lol.

I understand what the judge is saying. but they both were talking.she didn't tell her to stop talking she told them both and she is jumping on here because she is the younger one. that's why people can be fooled, because all someone has to do is put on a suit and jewelry and act proper and people gravitate to it. and all the judge said at the end is irrelevant because she is not a trouble teen anymore. she just cares and feels deep.

The bad part is that you don't mature emotionally at the same rate you mature mentally. With trauma added on, the years of built-up frustration... she can't handle it all right now. I think it is wrong for anyone else to take benefits out on another person without that person there or at least understanding that those benefits are suppose to be used to make care of them and not stashed in the someone else's pockets. But there are issues on both sides and I hope that the family can get counseling. You would think the younger sister would be thankful that the judge even told her How to remedy this tax return situation by going to the IRS. Instead she seemed upset that the judge won't make her sister pay her 600.

I understand both sides of this story. When I was 18 years old my mom still claiming me on her taxes. Wen she got my portion of the returns she would give me only a small amount out of the total. This happened for about two years. I felt slighted. One day I decided I was going to question my mother about the portion of the money I hadn’t received. She politely asked me to follow her somewhere. She took me to the bank and withdrew almost $3000 and handed it to me and simply said “ I have provided for you for all these years and I have never told you how much any of that cost but I can assure you it cost much much more than $3000” needless to say I felt awful for even asking in the first place. I handed the money back and apologized and my mother deposited it back into the savings account she had opened for me. I’m just saying things are not always what they seem Especially wen you are young.

Angel said it best, there is more to the story than what we can sum up in a 30 minute episode. Everybody is trying to blame the sisters but they didn't have to agree to take her in. It's her parents who clearly dropped the ball somewhere along the way and need to be talked to. I sincerely hope they heal and grow from this.

Prettiestma4 I know you heard what the judge said, but did you fully understand why she did not make a ruling ? Different courts are for different things. Keep in mind this is all done for television. The judge has all the paperwork and knows why the plaintiff wants to be heard. I don't think if the plaintiff had tried to file for a hearing outside of court TV , she would have been able to file. She would have been directed , to do just what the judge told her to do, or at the very least been turned away. However, for court TV, all this family dysfunction and drama is appealing to a TV audience. Should have been on Jerry Springer though. You know that little sister would have truly wilded out and shown how completely rachet she could be.

Desiree Allen Angel is a excellent manipulator, who can lie with a straight face. Do you really believe she let her sister go hungry ? If her sister was going hungry at any point, it was because she was not under her sister's roof, by her own choice. That is just one of the lies she told. She is a master at manipulations and lies, which is how these sorts learn to operate to get the things they want, from others, with their hidden agendas.
