COSMEHOLICS ANONYMOUS Well, the whole case seemed to me about emotional blackmail. Grandma Norma had no proof to even give Judge Faith that her $1,100 was a loan anyway, so...no proof, no case, no money. Defendants win.

I agree completely COSMEHOLICS! Judge Faith knows enough at this point to realize she needs to get right to the point and stop letting the defendants throw out a bunch of BS at each other and just ask for the evidence, if they have it and it's reasonable then she rules. If they don't have it, then she rules. It's that simple. She should be getting through like 3 damn cases in the time it takes her to do 1 half the time!

Although I think these two need to stop having babies until they can financially take care of them, that does not mean they should put up with anything. EVERY MOTHER HAS THE RIGHT TO HAVE TO PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN AND SET BOUNDARIES PERIOD. You don't enter new things into babies diet without asking the parents first especially if they are nursing. You don't smoke around children especially a newborn. Family members can have good intentions, but your intentions do not supersede the parents PERIOD.

Cynthia. you need to get out into the real world. Perhaps you may have never heard such language growing up, but I did, back in the 1970's. Today, women do grasp the English language, for you insulted me for saying women in general have not grasped the English language when we have. I see you have and to insult all women is ignorance on your part to yourself. You do not know much about the races of America, the love between a man and woman is strong when this couple loves each other. I lived a poor life and I was enriched with love and learned how to respect people, which you still need to learn. Maybe someday, you may become an adult and appreciate life for what it is, life. May you be blessed today, nine months later. Amen!

Cynthia Dickerson Very classy and educated response. I totally understand where you were coming from. The comment "do he love her" coming from a woman that has some life experiences would suggest as he had stated " Enrique was financially able to speak up to his mother" he is an empathy, I can see it all in his body language. His mother being dominating dislikes her empath son being with someone whom blocks her own controlling ways. She feels like that is her son she can do what she want and poor old Enrique lived his life as such. Probably putting his own feelings to the aside for his mother's benefit. But now that he has a women that probably loved him and took care of him and loved him like he should have been loved from a small child the question "do he love her" can only step from a place of is he with Erica out of true love or for the void she's filled within his life. To me I see nothing wrong with how they may have began their relationship and i think it may have began off of that void first and love second. ( my relationship started out the same way with my husband and here we are 16 years later, married 13 years and 4 kids. ). I'm just saying.

@@jami-leekuhn9171 the way that I was raised was in poverty. Actual poverty. No hopes of an address more than days, weeks, and months at a time. Money went to loser boyfriends. Lies were told and children were malnourished. The health and welfare of children, who deserved affection. My mother IS this woman, except my mother was too much of a narcissist to get addicted to substances or alcohol. Be there for kids in these situations. Offer them advice, kindly. He needs to learn time management, financial smarts, hygiene even. I didn't even know how to brush my teeth, or even how to bathe. It's not fair to judge the 22 year old man he is. He COULD be a crack head like his mother. He COULD do illegal activity, like his mother's loser boyfriends. He wants change, as a community, we need to nurture those that aren't our own. In early 20s and 3 kids and they neither work..so they have be getting taxpayer paid assistance..i feel for him because mom did a bad job . But there's no excuse for keeping having kids with no way to take care of them .. his mom is bitter and knows they can't pay her back. They have no JOB.

This case was disturbing. The fact that his mom doesn't see her wrong doing is sad. He's not a boy anymore a grown man with kids. Let him and lady live their life as they please. You had a chance to raise him and you failed. It's too late. Stop the nonsense.

You reap what you sow…. She wasn’t there consistently for her children for 10yrs, and now that she’s ready to be there, her kids have grown up and learned to live without her. Her son’s girlfriend responded to judge Faith’s remarks like she was in church,in the Amen corner. . I hope that the mom can find a place in her grandson’s life and become a part of her son’s family, but she has to respect his family’s boundaries when it comes to their rules concerning their children. She had the chance to raise her kids, but chose to do things that caused her kids to be removed from her, leaving them without the security of a stable childhood. So now it’s her son’s turn to raise his own children and provide for them what wasn’t provided for him.

My mom wasn't allowed to smoke near my son nor me. She then proceeded to cry and smoke in front of me while I was pregnant (I later miscarried) while I drove her to an appointment. She also didn't follow have COVID procedures and didn't want to quarantine when I asked. Needless to say, we are absolutely no contact now and she didn't even know I had my second child. Norma.. Is a fucking awful mom they should drop

Mark my words. These kids need to watch that grandmother, because as sure as bears poop in the woods, she is going to snatch that grandchild up and either take it to parts unknown or kill it, just to spite the daughter in law she detests and to get back at the son she is embarrassed over abandoning.

I know their are times when crazy people do have false allegations and the kids are affected by ignorant people, but when their is a proven reason these kids are taken it's just unbelievable to me.

Thats how alot of hispanic mothers are, my hubby is hispanic and especially if he was a mommas boy. The mom is smothering, she feels replaced and she acts like that is her baby and she can do whatever she wants. My hubby wasnt a mommasboy but his mom never wanted him to move out and have a life of his own. She got mad when he got his own cell phone plan a month after we got together bc he wasnt going to be on hers anymore, same w car insurance. Its all about control and them not having a man to occupy there time they have to control there kids and be all in there finances. Thats why just get your own shit and cut it. and if the mom is single like my mil it seems worse. I love my mil but she knows i have boundaries and it took a few years to set those and standing firm but after 14 years she respects them, she may not like them and she dont have to but i give that same respect that i expect. Men have to have backbones or they will get walked over.
