Judge Lauren Lake is the best, IMO (Paternity Court) I find she shows the right balance of toughness but humanity. Another great one is Marilyn Milian. LOVE her! Judge Judy is an arrogant woman who gets off on looking down on others. Judge Faith is okay but sometimes is too quick to shut someone up right after asking them a question. I can kinda understand some of the litigants not feeling heard (right or wrong). And she doesn't have a lot of personality, TBH.

That Judge Faith is bad as a bone. She undid everything this scammer did to this couple. Plus made him pay an additional 500.00 + truck rental I think the 2600 went into the associate account and they split the money. He got greedy when he charged them an additional 300 on the second lease. Then he knew that there wasn't a clause for the dogs in the first ( I think that is why he added the dog clause in the second lease) Because he knew that the couple had dogs. So he used that as an excuse to evict them plus keep their deposit. Then then he lied and said he signed the 1300 lease. He got busted because there was not a sign page that indicated both signatures. Oh the webs we weave. He lied about everything Judge read him like a book. This is a shame because they had their kids and she was pregnant at the time. Retribution is modernized it in the fast lane. peace

When my parents and I lived in one small apartment in our hometown, we had a radiator that worked for a short while, but it stopped working months later. That resulted in both myself and my Mom getting sick for WEEKS! When the landlord came over, my Mom tried to tell him about the radiators not working! His response? Kick us out for no reason except asking him to do something about the radiator problems!

I am a landlord, and when people want to rent a place without seeing, this mean one thing they are been evicted from another place and they need to move asap before it gets on there credit...Trust me I get this all the time..I will not even show any property without pre-qualifying a person.. I do a move in and out inspection, and if there any normal wear and tear I take pictures, and tell them to take pictures so when they move out there will be no questions

Oh ok it is VERY illegal to make someone sign a lease stating rent is 1,000 then make them sign another lease of 1,300 that’s very illegal it sounds exactly how the lady described it he wanted more money and when she refused he wanted them out illegally and tried to use her dogs as a reason to do it and he screwed up for not putting that he did not want dogs in his original lease and then he claims he didn’t get any money but had no statements to prove it this guy is not only a liar but he is indeed a scam artist
