She hasn’t started on THC. She doing well because of the current medications that board certified doctors are prescribing. Cannabis is illegal in Texas. That’s the reality of it. I really feel for her. But she has a criminal case right now that she needs to work through. Believe me when I say I understand but there are hundreds of mental health medication on the market right now. Some are good, some work for one patient and not another, and some are out and out bad. All mental health patients have to try, adjust, switch, try another, and another and another until they find the cocktail of meds that work for them. Then in a year or more the meds will start to stop working. It’s like the brain becomes smart to the medications. Then you start the journey of meds again to find the next group of meds that will work.

I don't like pills either and tylenol is terrible for the liver so I eat almonds a lot. They're high in magnesium and that promotes higher oxygen uptake in the blood which is great for preventing headaches. It also helps blood pressure, bone health, energy, and even sleep and digestion. I buy bags of salted almonds and crunch on em randomly throughout the day. They're also great for a substitute to cigarettes.

Not everyone with the "alphabet" (I'm extremely similar as far as your diagnoses go) is physically, mentally or emotionally capable of "sucking it up" like you seem to proclaim. It's extremely disrespectful of you to think that others who struggle need to live up to your bullshit standards. You're not doing as great as you think if you feel like you're superior to others who aren't "sucking it up" & pushing their personal well-being aside & using that belief as a weapon. You sound like a miserable, cranky mofo who does nothing but complain about everyone else while doing nothing to help anyone, but you expect everyone to be at your beck & call because "you're so strong & you're such a warrior"...well guess what? You're nothing but a bully. Strong people help lift others up. Weak people, like you, shove people down because it's the only way you can feel better about yourself. Grow up & get some help. Talk to a psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist please...or stay miserable. Either way, grow up & stop thinking that you're better than anyone else, because you're no better than anyone, not even these defendants in this video.
