It’s actually against the law for one parent either no custodial or custodial to interfere with the child’s relationship with the other parent. So if the Dad is just power tripping and trying to control him talking to the mom if she’s smart she’ll take him back to court.

The one plaintiff that had 2 kids the same age from 2 different women gives me weird vibes. I actually do believe he took advantage of the defendant's fiance while she was intoxicated. It made him feel in control, which seems to be what he feeds off of, so he has to maintain it any way he can.

I tend to disagree with judge Judy about the young lady who opened her Jerokee jeep door and it supposedly 'hit the guys car. I know for a fact there are people out there who try accuse people out there that there vehicle was damaged just to make money. One guy tried that on me yrs ago but he lost the claim. There are people out there always trying to claim you did some damage in order to get rewarded for damage that wasn't the other person's fault.
