Outrageous conduct by the defendant. Who the hell does he think he is spying on them, harassing them all hours of the night because he doesn’t recognise someone, and entering the house without lawful excuse? He is too close and too involved in his rental property. I believe the plaintiffs 100%. I am sure the house was not clean when they moved in and i am sure they didn’t steal his old crap washing machine. Unbelievable. I would be very concerned for anyone renting that property. The plaintiff did the right thing calling the police. The defendant looks dangerous to me - like something out of a horror film

@shendisackett
@shendisackett Жыл бұрын
Yes it certainly looks that way. I suspect he has never been a nice landlord and always tried to dictate to people because of the fact he clearly watches the house and wanted them to sort the pest issue for him. The dementia has just made it worse as he can't remember when he has spoken to them.
@aartadventure
@aartadventure Жыл бұрын
He's probably just a busy body who constantly spies on his tenants, except he has poor night vision, so he has no idea what he is really seeing. He then harrasses his tenants over it. I don't think he has dementia at all. He just needs to get a life.
@shendisackett
@shendisackett Жыл бұрын
@@aartadventure the fact he has been repeatedly told the man here is Travis but is still confused as to who he is shows he has some cognitive issues developing that look a lot like dementia. He saw Travis in daylight so that isn't a night vision issue. That and how he was getting confused with questions shows he is more than just a nosey landlord. I have no doubt he's always been a nightmare landlord living so close but his issues can't be explained by poor night vision.

My landlord loved us. His house was next to my parents. He knew me since I was six years old. Huge nine rooms, garage, attic, basement, large yard all for $110 a month. He let us have pets. He said kids would be fine. He begged us to buy from him and let him and the other elderly tennant stay. It really was great for all. We were young so we did yard work. Kept it beautiful. Had a garden and shared veggies. Shoveled snow. Watched the downstairs when they went on vacation and took in mail. Eight wonderful years renting there. But it was toooooo close to my mom. We saved almost $30,000 to put down on a house and moved away. Great way to start off.

My mom rented from a guy like this one time. He lived across the street and would just come into the home while she was at work to “take a look around and make sure things were functioning properly”. She didn’t stay there long…

There is NO judge as GOOD as Judge Judy. I've yet to see a case where I think she ruled wrong! Fantastic person.

Landlords like this crafty, greedy, SOB should be on a list of bad landlords to be avoided. He took their rent, kept their deposit, cost them double moving charges, and is a really vile man. Pretending to be forgetful but in reality a slumlord. So glad these young people got out of that awful place. He should be banned from renting.

Honestly I’m glad that they’re out of there because at the end of the day that landlord does not know how to be a landlord. Based on his actions
