The notion of a flawless marriage or relationship is a myth. There's no set formula for success; what works for one couple may not work for another. Yet, I've discovered that there's always a way forward, even in the most challenging times. Five years ago, my wife and I encountered significant hurdles in our marriage that nearly led to divorce. Despite the adversity, we managed to weather the storm and emerge from it with our bond renewed and revitalised

Most times when you are a public figure or very well know celeb you business becomes everybody’s business, these troubles in this marriage didn’t start when she filed for divorce… Linda is fed up now, she has probably given him so many opportunities to get himself together but apparently he did not.. so divorce is the next option for her

There are many Hollywood couples that look fake and staged. However, they seemed to of had a genuine friendship and marriage. I think he probably drinks too much and he let his mouth and tongue say something that was the last straw to her. Kids are grown, his career is dwindling, and she realized no reason to stay. I also believe there is a love child somewhere that just popped into their life..

I find it hilarious when people who can't stay with somebody in a relationship have the gaul to get in this mans business. I wish he wouldn't talk about it as this should be between them. He is human like anyone else. Many should worry about their own lack of a relationship. I wish the Judge and his family the best.
@ahnraemenkhera7451Ай бұрын
@blackant. I have to side with you. IF Greg Mathis has children other than with his wife, then he & his more recent relationship can now become legitimate. IF it exists. I LIKE what the judge said directly-neglect and heavy-travel, heavy social rotation raise suspicions and mistrust in many marriages, not just in his. If the rumors aren’t vetted, why repeat them? In favor and in service to who? Envious people? Paymasters? ALL marriages are flawed by taking place in a deeply-flawed & dysfunctional society. Judge Mathis (& any other small claims judge) are much more helpful than harmful. They help people to legally solve problems which they’ve been unable to solve themselves! They may not all be best-pleased with their outcomes, but they do get the chance to learn what kinds of records they need in courts of law. They get to see firsthand how “receipts” work-& when they don’t. He & Judge Judy & some of the others caught some lucky breaks, being “featured” on televised formats in a forum very similar to where they were already working all day! Just came along at a time when they had an interested audience. But the same claims go on all of the time off-camera anyway. I like the Q & A & the cross-exams best of all myself. Those are the types of questions people OUGHT to ask each other and themselves before forming “agreements” to do anything-but often blow right by because they CAN’T WAIT to get to their OWN hidden agendas. When dishonesty gets examined in court, it’s very different from lying to family, lying to friends-people used to the lying but who have no will or means to bring direct consequences. Marriages are social contracts between people, for whatever reasons. If you don’t think you need one, don’t enter into that type agreement with anyone else. If you do, hold up your end, honor your own terms. When marriages fail, families fail and minor children involved pay the price in incurring the greatest losses. If Judge Mathis’ marriage has exceeded its limits, he seems mature and stable enough to amicably part ways with his wife, they can work out the details together, hopefully. They’re both commendable for staying together that long, anyway! That’s outstanding longevity in 2024. I hope Judge Mathis goes back to his original format, too. With an audience more in-touch with his unique sense of humor. He doesn’t hear life-and-death cases often, that’s true. He USED to offer the families programs and extended resources after their cases got judgments. The networks should have set-aside funding to offset any undue costs, especially for families-which most people agree that they “value” so much. Where’s the wider support for any who need it?? I’m in favor of the Mathis Family doing as they see fit, going forward. I don’t think either spouse will end in bad shape if they split-or decide not to. They’re both capable of generating incomes sufficient to maintain their needs independently. Social media outlets are welcoming to proven “star-power,” with fewer restraints as to formatting, topics, guests, documents, agents, income royalties, etc., so it should be a breezeway in their cases. Another liberating thought for each. I wish them the Best! ⚖️🕯⚖️🕯⚖️ 💐🍁💐🍁🕯⚖️🕯
