This is called being a flight risk. If he has been lucky enough to be out on bond with restrictions, and has been on trips, his bond needs to be violated, and he be placed back in custody until his trial begins. I've seen other peoples bond be violated for much less. Justice in Memphis works in many different ways apparently.

I like how the judge handled this situation. He didn't allow his feelings to get in the way of dealing with the alleged suspect in a murder. Being too eager, easily irritated, feed up that criminals get away, and all of those other feelings could have put him in a situation where he might have a mistrial or some other damaging situation to prosecuting the alleged mastermind to the fullness of the law. There was a case this year where a judge got upset with a defendant antics and the judge said "he looks like a criminal"...and the case was thrown out..and the defendant FREE. So let's not be so hasty...this defendant will have enough rope to hang himself. Usually, those that think they are gaming the system are themselves being played.

I just had got jumped and stabbed in downtown Cincinnati Ohio last April. . By 13 people. And they was all yelling racist shit while beating me and my girlfriend up. She had to have surgery on her eye because she had kept getting stomped on her face, she got a double orbital fracture. Had to have bone removed and replaced with a metal plate because the broken bone fragments were obstructing her eye movement. She couldn't see out of it for 3 week. I had cuts, broken collar bone fractured ribs and broken pinky finger. Not one of our random attackers spent more than a day in jail, and not one felony. All Misdemeanors... I asked the prosecutor who is a black lady, I said what if 13 white folks was going around beating up blk couples downtown, on camera, you think they'd be charged with a felony. She said " %100, felonious assault with a weapon, criminal mischief ,hate crimes and more." Just saying. Her words not mine. Then the victims advocate try making it to seem like it's our fault for being downtown, like??? We were on FOUNTAIN SQUARE, not in the mf projects. TF!!!!

pay attention to what just happened in the justice system this shows you that you can't even trust your own lawyer the man was asking his lawyer to file paperwork to get more time for whatever, but the point here is that the lawyers must have told the judge to get on him because they were sick of doing whatever it was because he kept asking his lawyers so this lets you know the lawyers can't help you and they told the judge to tell him this. just look at the face of the female lawyer and the male lawyer and the judge after his speech great smiles when it was all said and done lmao. the system is corrupt people

Wow ! How is it that someone facing the types of charges he has, gets a pass after violating the terms of his bond by traveling and he’s still allowed to be out on bond❓ somethings just not adding up. Normally Murder suspects are held without bond until trial because they are a potentially flight risk like they mentioned with him traveling without permission. Also because he’s deemed a threat to society. What in the name of justice is going on down their in Memphis. This just shouldn’t be. Him being allowed OUT ON BOND gives him the opportunity to do more harm, obstruct Justice. Traveling, shopping & other things allows him to further setup communications with the other criminal associates that helped planned this assassination with him. #HoGotti
