I am a huge Napom fan but there is a big problem with him. Hes alays freestyling, new wave beatboxers like River or footboxg more prepared.

7:41 absolutely agree, i think it's unfair to criticize a beatboxer for using their own signature sound because it makes no sense. You can't expect beatboxers like inertia to start doing Tkk combos. It's the repetitiveness in how they structure their rounds (tempo, sound arrangement, etc.) that should be criticized instead

NaPom was emotional and FootboxG was confident. (and crazy precise!) I'm not sure if NaPom actually believed in doing the X2 - maybe it was overreacting in the heat of the moment. As a judge would you score lower if someone did this too often? I just want to say I love when FootboxG shouts "RRRRrrraaah! haha and also I feel like these videos would have 10x more views if the sound were (mixed) better - 🤷‍♀

first of all!!!!!!! Napom did not say Footbox did the same thing!! he said he has been doing the same 'flow' and that to me means something different than "doing the same thing". and i absolutely agree with napom that being said i loved how footbox used the "is the cool kid still cool today" routine for napom because it kind of makes sense. Napom is one of the older beatboxers in the scene. he had massive success years ago and is still doing it. so that was a great choice from footbox 6:12 was a "biting" moment that napom could've called him on. that is is from colaps(i forget which round) from GBB21 shame about the end of napom's 2nd round. the mistake and the fact that he kind of ran out of good ideas(stop freestyling nape!) for me, nape's first round beat footbox's first round purely battle wise but with the poor 2nd round + mistake + footbox's 2nd round was way better than his first. footbox won the 2nd round i would've loved for this to go into OT but i guess the mistake from napom really sealed the deal for footbox, if it wasn't already sealed

Fire commentary ❤ I'll only add that Napom being "right" is still hypocritical which is annoying. I love it when his opponent is aggressive and hate it when his opponent is chilling because Napom SHOULD be chilling with his track record

@@Subdivision21 i love aggression on stage too. and i don't blame opponent's being aggressive towards Napom. imagine battling Napom. that would be a daunting task. i'd try to get every advantage i could get! but all the while still respecting his legend status that he has most certainly earned

Napom was too inconsistent in this battle, thats why he got 0 votes, he also needs to do different drops rather than just sub bass liproll. Structure wise he also comes short.

I’m watching the reaction lol I’ll say my opinion too 2:42 yes I agree + it was very original Btw my opinion on this 5:37 About attitudes in battle , for me it should obviously be existing as X2 sign ( repeating strcuutre , sounds , combos) even though I would never use it But I hate when people start doing RANDOM GESTURES and SIGNS for no reason with no sense just to try and gains points to judges when it should be MINUS points like for Napom imo ( he was repeating much more than footboxg imo ) Lastly 7:27 - 7:57 CANT AGREE MORE THIS 30 sec should be famous 😂 🔥 “ it’s called style haters 😎 “

I think its a little akward when they start to make so much signs and thinks when its not your round, i mean i can undertand when is something "obvious" but when its not, Let us enjoy the round! I want to hear the round and enjoy it but when the other one its always doing thing for points its like "chill man pls" and i kind hate when, like u said alem, they say things about the other one and then they do the same thing, thats hypocrite, i can understand that your in a semi final of the world but control yourself man! I think it’s good to never use the ✌️ sign unless your opponent is doing the EXACT same beat they already did. Especially when they started with top 32 battles 😂 how can you prepare 11 rounds including elim without repeating but still sticking to your style, it’s almost impossible

I really like Napom, for me he is top 10 beatboxer of all time but its been years he is repeating a lot of the same combos, like literally the same ones and even the same tempo... Like they sound amazing but when you hear FootboxG you dont know what to expect you know? But with Napom, i already know what to expect
