Why isn't the father trying to get full custody 💔😭?

He probably is. According to the father, the baby still has a court appointed law guardian. So this case was still being handled in the legal system.

She says "it didn't happen" with such pride. She doesn't understand that whether the allegation was true or not, it is a BIG PROBLEM. I used to teach and we had a student who had gone mute. He had been that way for at least 8 months at the time I had him in my reading class. Everybody would claim it was no big deal because there was no reason they could find that hindered his ability to speak. I guess they thought he was playing around or something. I would always say that even if he is deciding not to speak, doesn't that still mean we have a big problem? I mean something is seriously wrong if he is committing to not speaking for so long. BTW, after about 2 months in my class he spoke! Anyway, I hope multiple people are continuing to keep an eye on those children because that mother is lacking.

I love how JJ made sure the plaintiff's "mother" understood. Hoping that lady will talk some sense into her. Also, JJ didn't even look at the pictures on the phone of the truck. She just awarded him the full amount. Love it.

4:05 The look on his face I felt SOOO bad, he looked emotionally drained by doing the right thing. Watching the mother keep a potential abuser near her son is proof of why the daughter had to tell the people at school. SMH

Holy hell BRAVO FOR THE DEFENDANT. My god what a awesome ending, that death stare she gave her at the end was chilling. This man went through hell, false imprisonment, wondering if his kid is safe with her MOTHER, getting his truck banged up. Man, I’m happy for him.

Why is it so hard for the mother to understand that if the allegations were false, there is still something that made the 8 year old make those claims. Something VERY WRONG in that house. Very glad the father stood up for his 2 year old, too bad he couldn't take the 8 year old in as well. So sad.

Omg…the mothers intent on making herself the victim is appalling. Does anyone see the woman in the audience behind on the father on the right @ 1:34 and 1:47? 😢 She is TEARS!!! May God cover that child and anyone who experienced this as a child and was retraumatized listening to this case.
