I believe the Plaintiff when he says the Defendant's wife and family took a while to exit the restaurant. If no one is immediately coming through that doorway, it should be fair game to enter the establishment. On the other hand, it's plausible that the Plaintiff was assertive and snippy when he said "you're rude, too" and likely got up nose to nose with the Defendant, and possibly forced the Defendant to back up out the door. I doubt the Plaintiff laid a hand on the Defendant. The Defendant was entirely wrong to leave his wife/kids in the car and re-enter the restaurant to look for a fight. He did get away with it... They went through court and they said there wasn't enough evidence... Asian kid took it to Judge Judy... Won compensation for getting hit, which the show pays for... Other than being exposed on national tv nothing else happened to little man who hit him.

You can hold the door for your wife or kids to walk through but if they ain't moving fast enough in a normal time manner, others don't deserve to stand around and wait for a couple of slow pea.... lol 😆 😆 😆

This was quite possibly the most avoidable confrontation in history. If I fought everyone who has ever been rude to me, that's what I'd be doing with a third of my Life. Both of these guys need to learn self-control and to let things go, especially the defendant.

Clearly, the defendant learned absolutely NOTHING. I do not believe for one second that the defendant is a good husband. He's got a bad temper.

There are cameras everywhere now... These episodes are old ranging from early to mid 2000s judging by the camera quality. Back then a lot of things weren't caught on camera.
