I looked up what a forex trader is, and it seems like Forex is a stock broker or something along those lines. With this evidence, it shows that his end goal is to advertise a third party in the KZbin comments section. Unwanted commercial content/Spam is listed as a reportable offense in the comments report button. What he's doing is not only completely off-topic, but against KZbin's terms of service. A show of kindness attempts to hide the intent of deception and manipulation. It's not real kindness and it's naïve to think otherwise. I reported him because of the TOS, and because off-topic nonsense in KZbin comments is obnoxious.

I know this isn't a criminal case and I'm sure the DA isn't drooling at the possibility of getting this dangerous criminal behind bars, but that doesn't change anything. What if instead of $3,400 he bilked the nice older couple out of their life savings, let's say $340,000? Would he belong in jail then? I don't know about you, but I'd sure as heck say yes. And as far as your (or anybody else's) tax dollars - sorry, that's how our system is set up. Our tax dollars are currently paying for many things that we weren't informed about. Sorry to disappoint. Well this is exactly what some people are doing illegally through Airbnb. My apartment was rented to a tenant and he used my apartment as Airbnb without my knowledge or consent which the tenancy agreement started no leasing out. He got into trouble as an occupant fell in the car park and that occupant tried to sue me but realized that he wasn’t supposed to be in my apartment. Long story short my tenant got sued by them and my tenant was off my lease. A lot of people do this in Airbnb illegally

Sounds like the defendant was in the process of robbing Peter to pay Paul... In fact, he was almost surely using the bride's money to complete ownership... but it wasn't nearly enough for the purchase. Her deposit was already spent on his failed venture.... THAT'S why he couldn't return it. If he is in the habit of doing business like this, I suspect his other "business affairs" are in nasty arrears as well. This guy sounds legally liable for much more than that $3400 .
