There should be more severe penalties for blatantly lying in court. Especially when your own witness attests to this fact.

Does that man look like he even knows where he is? It looks to me like he has cognitive issues. People have invisible illnesses and in my opinion, this man’s illness isn’t all that invisible, there is clearly something wrong with him. There is a penalty for lying in court, whether blatantly or not, it’s called perjury.

@@rerelux6311 LOL!!!! yours may be ok, don’t be a fool though. Pits are naturally aggressive and they can turn on a dime. Sadly, because of their potential they attract the stereotypical moronic owners. So I’d say some of what you say is true- it’s due to bad owners. However, the breed naturally has issues and that’s why they’ve been outlawed in many areas and are the heavyweight champions of attacking people for zero reason
@rerelux6311

@@jasoncook2539the breed is not “naturally aggressive” at all. They have a very high pain tolerance and that makes them more dangerous of course because it’s harder for them to care about pain but they don’t have the most bites of dog breeds, they just have worse bites because of their strength. My dog is not at all any different than other pitties so saying maybe it’s just true for MY dog is ridiculous
@Gemini-horrorchannel
@Gemini-horrorchannel Жыл бұрын
@@jasoncook2539 have you ever owned a pitbull so how would you know and actually it’s a proven fact that 67% of so-called pitbull attacks or bites weren’t actually pitbull they were mix breed dogs that supposedly look like pitbull but had no pitbull DNA in those dogs it’s even a lot now that they have to DNA test dogs that are supposedly pit bulls because of this fact and they’ve actually came out that it was people that did not know dog breeds or just are assuming pitbull, get mistaken, by different breeds all the time like Labrador, retriever, mixes, boxer mixes mastiff mixes they also other dog breeds like dog argentino American bulldog get mistaken, as pitbull a lot when obviously they’re not pitbulls and pit bulls were actually temperament tested with every dog breed known to man, and they out ranked the labrador retriever and almost out, ranked the golden retriever in temperament also, they were America’s mascot between 1930s all the way to the 1950s when World War III was going on because people use them in World War II and same with German Shepherd and pit bulls were actually one of the top five dogs to own in America between 1910 all the way to 1960s and then idiot, people started using them for dogfighting because they like their strength their endurance. They’re willing to do anything for their owners and their high pain tolerance, but the reason why they have all of that is because they were actually originally bred to be herding dogs just like a border collie, blue/red heeler Australian cattle dogs, their working dogs also like Siberian huskies these dogs need constant exercise and stimulating activities to do all the time but people still get them when people know they do not have the lifestyle for these dogs when you get a Siberian husky or a pitbull or a border collie or a blue/ red heeler jack Russell terriers boxers and you keep these dogs confined in a house or a backyard too much. Their mental health starts declining and the chemical balance in their brains starts getting messed up because these dogs are working dogs and that is why it’s important for people to pick dog breeds best suited for their lifestyle not just get a dog because it’s my dream dog and I’ve always wanted one and did no research on the breed or people all I want this dog because I’ve seen it on Facebook everywhere and it’s the dog trend of the year or people seeing dogs on TV shows and movies and think they can have one of those dogs I’ve had pitbull all my life and I have never had any issues with my pitbull because I give them what they need in life for them to thrive in this world, my grandmother growing up as a kid all the way to 18 she’s always had pitbull, and her parents have always owned pitbull my grandma said when I was a kid almost everybody had a pitbull and nobody had issues. Nobody had issues with this dog breed and they did not have a bad reputation until People started putting dirt on these dogs reputation I mean they’ve even came out that new stories lie about pitbull stories about bites and attacks like them doing DNA testing on a dog that was all over the news being a pitbull and then they DNA test the dog and it comes out that it did not have any pitbull in it, and then the new story will not correct Their wrong information or just jumping onto the story without getting their facts straight it happened with my friend. She has a pitbull and she had an abusive boyfriend who would literally be on her well, she tried to leave one day and was packing all her stuff in her car and her boyfriend would not let her leave and was hitting her, and finally the dog had enough and bit him, and went over my friend and was guarding her body and then a who saw the whole thing called the cops and the boyfriend twisted the story and said oh I was just talking to her and I grabbed the door so she would listen to the rest of what I had to say and the dog just bit me and then somehow found out about it and blasted her pitbull all over the news in that state, saying that the dog was aggressive and it was a pitbull when that is not what happened and then finally, it came out the real story later thank God, my friend sued the news company but it was never addressed by the company that they got the story wrong. They never went out and publicly said we were in the wrong we didn’t get the facts straight and that happens with a lot of new stories about pitbull and me being a dog trainer for years I mean years I have never gotten bit by a pitbull, but I’ve always gotten bit by labrador retrievers Labradoodles goldendoodles and small dogs my friend who works at a doggy daycare and has for years. She even said she has never had to break up a fight between another dog and a pitbull. It has golden retrievers and doodle dogs, small dogs, and boxers. And I can tell you a lot of dogs issues. Specially, high energy dog breeds a lot of their issues is not getting enough exercise 70% of my clients issues with their dogs goes away when they actually start exercising their dogs consistently and their high energy dog breeds every day consistently exercising them, I mean, even Chihuahua needs a 20 minute walk a day or every other day or else they can start having aggression or behavioral problems as a society. We have been horrible dog owners, and not doing what is right for our dogs. Specially, our dogs specific breeds that they are everybody thinks that a dog just needs love and affection and to be treated right yes those are important qualities but a dog needs exercise 100% and socialization and training.

I swear I look forward to anytime you post on this channel. I know inevitably we will run out of content eventually, and I am not looking forward to that day. But until that day comes, I regularly check to make sure I don't miss an upload. These cases always seem to be so interesting, it's shocking that people like this actually exist.

People age is strange ways... I think JJ is close to 80 when this is being filmed but the defendant seems older and mentally slower than her even though I think he is younger.

The answer lies in what he says he does. Nothing. Yet Judge Judy keeps trucking along and is sharp as a tack still. I know people like to retire, and have this magical picture in their head of what that's going to look like, but truly we ought not ever stop doing. Retire sure, but then volunteer or garden or find some other way to remain physically and mentally active.

I'm a 27 year old black women I visited my village in Africa where I grew up and I took walk down the village and I was approached by 2 dogs barking me and I had a long heavy leather whip and I walked towards them.They became very aggressive so I tried hitting them with the heavy leather whip but quickly backed away so I missed and yelled at them to go away.The one dog ran towards it wanted to bite me but I quickly hit it very hard and it ran away. The other dog became scared and I ran towards it and it ran away

No one put a gun to that man’s head and ask him to appear on tv. She’s fair, she’s only asking simple questions. He’s trying to evade answering and it’s not working. The judge was upset because he clearly lied when she asked him if that was the first time the dog bit someone.

Defendant is not slow or cognitively impaired in any way, as evidenced by the eye roll and “anecdotal” bit. A clear example of someone that doesn’t have a care in the world for the consequences of his actions, and uses his position as “older” and “possibly cognitively impaired” to navigate instances where he’s questioned and his accountability is brought upon. Truly a disgusting display

The dog (especially a rescued pitt) deserves a better owner than the defendant. Either he is knowingly lying about the previous bite, or he is completely detached from the dog so much that he has no idea what its history is, even though it lives with him.
