I think the real reason was she wanted to be a family with him but the man was already married. She had an affair with him knowing he was in a relationship & used their child as a pawn. He wasn't willing to leave the life he had & be with her so she was angry about it. Thus the game of tug of war began with their child. Little did she know that the courts would consider her drug abuse or substance abuse & take her child from her. So now she had to fight him on another level lol. Just my opinion.

He then gave her ample opportunity to clear it up but she insisted on lies and changing the subject. He went back to her many times to clarify. She was omitting information from the start! I love when Judge sees a liar from a mile away and lets them keep talking to entangle themselves until he calls them out. The woman showed up not telling the truth with a story that had a few holes to say the least - on top of not casually mentioning she lost custody of her child. She likely did have a drug problem and Judge knew it too. She repeated the excuse of she's too "busy" to have a habit when a person falsely accused of being a drug addict or dealer would emphatically deny it and leave it that simple. Just because dad has full custody doesn’t mean mom is unfit. If Dad can provide a better lifestyle than its easy for him to get full custody. My friend lost custody of her 6 month old because she was staying with her parents while trying to finish her degree and her child’s father was established, had a home, and used her having post partum as against her.
