Facts! I'm the only girl of 6 children. My brothers came to me for everything that they couldn't get from my momma. And she believes that no matter what they are doing, if they NEED something you should help them. I realized that I was taking care of her, them, they're children and mine. I was working my a** off to provide for my children, missing out on moments with them and my raggedy a** brothers were just doing wtf they wanted to do and steadily making babies. Mind you, I was single most of those years so it was just me. I started speaking my peace & saying 🗣 NO from my chest now I'm the bad guy. I've been so many b*tches since I started standing up for myself. My best friend says I have 5 sisters and I wholeheartedly agree.

First case is the story of most black daughters. The responsible one. The one that takes care of the mom in her last days. The son skates through life being a bum. @@MommyKi yeah I see your point..but still NOPE..the policy we all k ow is for burial first not to burden any of the family members financially sorry that's how I see it...not up for discussion...

@@SONeal012 I addressed the first part of your comment. And spoke to that. What I would personally do, has nothing to do with what anybody else would do. He did help but didn’t pay it all. She knew there was a policy and kept him out the loop until she found out it was in his name or was provided proof it was in his name because he claimed he told her. Initially she said he said he would help, and he did that because if the policy was only for 5,000 did she intend to ask the others for help at all? Cause had he given her all the money would have then been in court because he didn’t share the rest.

15:00 It’s a shame how death breaks families apart. He contributed $5000 and she had a bunch of other kids. Someone who was really in his addiction wouldn’t have given a dime.

Not necessarily had the sister waited on the policy someone with his addiction would’ve paid for the whole funeral or mama would’ve went in the potters field.

What I like more about judge Milian than about Mathis is: she always goes by the law never by whom she likes more. Mathis often goes by his preferences!!! 2. case f.e. sorry but really she lives there and should never ever have to pay rent?? Oh eviction? Mathis said she is not a renter because after him she must not pay rent. But he shall evict her? You may only evict renters, don’t you?? That’s what I hate about him. Also sometimes he goes by the law and says they can only get the price at the moment not a replacement price. As the law says!! And if he likes someone he gives them whatever they are suing without checking the real price at the moment of lost!! Judges shall never ever take sides!!!!! But Mathis is doing it nearly always. What he is doing and how is TALKING to and about some litigants here on tv I can’t believe he would be alive anymore if he was like that in the 36th District Court in Detroit! He is sometimes more mean as funny. And he is talking about crack always!!! No wonder he only get litigants who are freaks!

If you know the law better than JM then you will show us your legal qualifications and your bar registration. Or if you are not a lawyer you will show us legal papers that show you went to court and won. Otherwise you're just talking. And yes, JM always talks about crackheads. Crack wrecked America. He wants to help crackheads recover. What are you doing to stop crackheads from relapsing?
