The plaintiff in the first case was definitely soft-spoken. She was polite, spoke in a nice tone of voice, and I felt as if Judge Mathis was talking to her in a rude tone of voice. I believe he didn't quite understand what she was trying to explain about her side of the case.

@angelpestos6043Күн бұрын
@LonghornsLegend How was she caught lying? Some people aren't able to articulate themselves as well as other people, along with her being soft-spoken, unlike the defendant, as you can see at the end of the court session. The judge didn't understand her, especially since this is about a topic that men aren't usually into, which is women's fashion. The plaintiff kept it respectful the whole way, unlike the defendant.
@LonghornsLegendКүн бұрын
@angelpestos6043 she was asked a direct question "how do you know the camera people were not paid just because they were her friends" clear as day, she said she had it in a text message and nothing like that at all was there. She also said she isn't good at explaining what she wants and expects to win a lawsuit with zero evidence? She paid for a service she didn't like, we all do that at some point. It doesn't mean she deserves a refund because she's soft spoken. You were more focused on mannerisms and personality than evidence and facts

@@K_Cole0128all the time! 😂😂😂 You don’t get to just keep clothes because you wore them lol. 99% of models are work for hire, so it’s not uncommon to wear used clothes. The plaintiff misunderstood the assignment. When being styled for promo, it’s not the same as wearing common clothing day-to-day. And as long as the “look” is achieved, the rubber band to bunch the bottom of the pants is no big deal as long as you conceal it. Shirts are tied in the back and everything else in order to fit correctly in the front. No one will see the back in an editorial shoot. Bless her heart, she didn’t know.
