As soon as you mention crack to this judge you're losing the case. It's unfortunate that the judge in this case seems to be causing all the friction because those two weren't at each other's throat at all. We never get the complete picture due to the judge's bias towards the defendant. At the end they are even cordial to each other. Not a good performance by the judge on this one.

I am trying to figure out how many of the commenters were supportive of the defendant. Disdain for JM overruled the usual disdain for addicts. Typical of the American public related to addiction.
